  78.   SFCB uses a number of display files to customize its output.
  79.   These are colour/mono files in the SPITFIRE BBS/CLR format.

  117. Many BBS' import the description from the FILE_ID.DIZ file contained
  118. in this package.  If they do not, use a description similar to this
  119. file when uploading to other Bulletin Boards.  For a longer
  120. description (on systems supporting more than 4 lines, use
  121. FILE_ID.BIG
